By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the CM8X platform — including the website, mobile app, or any services provided — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the cm8x Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which collectively form the entire agreement between you as the user and cm8x as the platform operator.

Use of the cm8x platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be restricted from doing so by any authority.
• Location: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of CM8X services is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
• Non-employees: Individuals who are employees, partners, or immediate family members of CM8X employees are not eligible to register as members.

CM8X reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until the verification process is complete.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only at cm8x. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Entering a correct and valid date of birth.
• Registering an active email address that belongs to you.
• Providing a Malaysia-registered phone number in your name.
• Creating a strong password and keeping it secure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CM8X will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you are required to notify cm8x immediately via Live Chat for further action.

CM8X supports a range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, Boost Wallet, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except for crypto deposits, which will be converted at the prevailing rate.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for local payment methods.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• CM8X does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Policy:

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate action including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

CM8X reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Inaccurate or false registration information.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.

• Requests by lawful authorities.
