We are more than just a gaming platform. CM8X was built with one goal — to deliver a safe, fair and enjoyable online betting and entertainment experience exclusively for Malaysian users.
Who We?
CM8X is an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform built specifically for the Malaysian market. We understand that Malaysian users have unique needs — from language and payment methods, to the types of games they enjoy and the level of service they expect. That understanding is the foundation behind every decision we make in developing this platform.
Since launch, cm8x has prioritised three things above all: user data security, game fairness, and ease of use. We never set out to be just another cookie-cutter online platform. Instead, we aim to be the go-to choice that Malaysian users genuinely trust and feel comfortable using every day.
The cm8x platform brings together multiple entertainment categories in one place — sports betting covering the Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, NBA, and various international leagues; a game lobby with over 500 slot titles from world-class providers; live casino with real dealers; and fish shooting games that are a firm favourite among Southeast Asian players. All accessible from a single account, whether on desktop or smartphone.
"We believe that responsible online entertainment can exist — where the fun of playing goes hand in hand with strong user protection. That is the mission of CM8X every day."
— The cm8x TeamWhat What Sets CM8X Apart?
From security to ease of use, these are the features that make CM8X the top choice for Malaysian users.
All personal data and financial transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading financial institutions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for an added layer of protection on every account.
All games on cm8x use an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator). This ensures every spin, every shot, and every casino game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
The cm8x payment system is integrated with FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and a range of other Malaysian payment methods. Deposits are processed instantly; withdrawals are settled within 1–4 hours on normal business days.
The CM8X support team is here for you around the clock — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether you have questions about deposits, games or your account, our Bahasa Malaysia-speaking agents are ready to help via Live Chat.
The CM8X app for Android and iOS gives you full access to all games, live sports betting, deposits and withdrawals right from your phone screen. Optimised for touch screens with an intuitive interface.
From welcome bonuses for new members to weekly cashback and seasonal promotions, CM8X always has offers that add real value to every member's gaming experience.
Values Our Core
These four values are more than just slogans — they are the daily operating principles that guide every decision made by the CM8X team.
We handle user funds and data with full accountability. Member funds are kept separate from operating funds — you can withdraw your balance at any time.
Every player gets an equal chance. No manipulation, no hidden edge. Game outcomes are determined by a fair and transparent RNG.
We continuously update the platform with new games, the latest features and system improvements to keep your gaming experience always fresh.
CM8X supports responsible gaming practices. We provide self-control tools and guides to help members play within healthy limits.
Built for Malaysia
CM8X is not a generic platform translated into Bahasa Melayu. It was built from the ground up with the specific context, needs and habits of Malaysian users in mind.
Our payment system supports all commonly used methods in Malaysia — FPX with full coverage of major banks, local digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and DuitNow QR. No international credit card or PayPal account needed to get started.
Our game collection also reflects Malaysian users' tastes — fish shooting games, popular Asian card games like baccarat and dragon tiger, locally themed slots, and sports betting with a focus on the Malaysian Super League and the international leagues most followed by Malaysian football fans.
Our customer support team also communicates primarily in Bahasa Malaysia. You won't need to struggle with a foreign language or wait for translations when you need help — our team understands you and your context.
CM8X partners with world-class game providers to ensure a wide, high-quality game collection.
CM8X takes our responsibility towards member wellbeing very seriously. We believe online entertainment should be a relaxing, enjoyable activity — not a source of stress. To help members stay in control, CM8X offers a range of self-protection tools including daily deposit limits, session time limits, temporary break options and account closure if needed.
All cm8x members must be 18 years of age or older. An identity verification (KYC) process is in place to enforce this policy. We do not accept registrations from underage individuals and take any related complaints seriously.
